In Calabay Parc: Sleeping up to ten people the villa is ideally suited for two families. Shops and restaurants are just minutes away. The villa has four bedrooms (two en-suites) a third bathroom and its own 26-foot pool and deck enclosed in an insect proof screen.
The villa has ceramic tile upgrades in the foyer, dining room, kitchen & nook and all bathrooms, and is carpeted else where. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, coffeemaker and all utensils you are likely to need and would expect.
There is an informal dining nook - ideal for the kids - and a more formal dining area if you want a night in, and change from the endless dining opportunities close by.

The first master bedroom has a king size bed with adjacent bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, twin basin vanity unit, and walk in closet.

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobe, access to the pool area and an en suite bathroom with vanity unit, walking closet and bath with shower.

The third bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe and has an adjacent bathroom with vanity unit and bath with shower.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms are twins, each having built in wardrobes and sharing a bathroom with vanity unit and bath with shower.

Screened lanai with patio furniture offers shade, and the pool has a raised spa.
There is a separate utility room with full size washing machine and dryer, ironing table and so on.
