Rental Program
All homes managed by Paradise Vacation Property Management Inc will be advertised for rental on all Paradise Vacation's websites, (including www.independent-traveller.co.uk in the United Kingdom ) along with some of our working partner's websites.
Paradise Vacation Property Management Inc will also help every owner to acquire their own bookings . We will, if requested supply an owner with the literature needed to complete their own bookings. This will include Terms & Conditions & Booking Forms. We are also on hand to answer any questions that might arise.
All homes managed by Paradise Vacation Property Management Inc
will also be put into our US rental program. This consists of us registering
your home on a large number of US websites including our own, which is
www.paradisevacationpm.com . We also network with other US companies that
ask us for homes to accommodate their rentals.
There will be a special page for BELLA PIAZZA on the main UK & US websites with an abundance of literature and photos to attract the vacation renter.
There is a one-time fee for this service of $100 for US sites.
Any bookings made directly through Paradise Vacation Property Management Inc will be subject to a 10% commission charge.
Each home owner is responsible for paying all Local & State taxes for rental monies received.
